Karen Keller
Owner/President
Karen graduated from Muskingum University with a degree in accounting and went on to earn her CPA license. She has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting as a corporate accountant, and later became a partner in privately owned Generation Healthcare, Inc., managing Flint Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation. As Owner and President of Generation Healthcare, Inc., she has led the expansion of healthcare services provided to Licking County, Ohio into what it is today. Her leadership is driven by her desire to care for the people of her community. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family, gardening, knitting and has recently taken up painting.
Randy Keller
Owner/Vice President
Randy started his career in the healthcare industry, innovating adaptive equipment for handicapped adults and physical plant management. He joined Generation Healthcare Inc., as Manager of Flint Ridge Village. Using his creative skillset he led the renovation of an outdated apartment complex into the vibrant independent living community Flint Ridge Village has become. He has 35 years of experience in healthcare and is an Owner, and Vice President of Generation Healthcare, Inc. His vast knowledge and variety of healthcare experience has provided the guidance needed to serve the community. He enjoys cycling, fishing and spending time with his five grandsons.
